This is the one-stop-shop for all the serious stuff.  Club documents, policies, procedures can be found here.  There is also a page dedicated to AOCRA, including some links to AOCRA Resources and important info.  We have a Coaches Corner.  This is where our Coaching Team can share their wisdom, programs, nutrition guides, whatever they want, for our members.  For new members, you will find our Induction Information....and to top it off, there is a page for web resources and regatta information.  These last couple of pages are currently under construction so please bear with us!!!
